What to Expect:
There will be a maximum of 8 participants at each session. You will need to attend at the same day and time as your initial booking for the next 12 weeks (unless stated otherwise).
The complete session lasts for 90 minutes. Please come along in exercise clothes and bring a drink of water and a towel.
It’s important that you arrive five minutes before your session is due to start. This is to allow you to have time to settle before the workshop begins and also so we can start on time.
The Weekly Sessions
Each session will consist of a structured workshop which lasts for around 35 minutes. It’s never enough time, it will absolutely fly past and you won’t want it to end!
It’s during these sessions that you’ll forge such strong bonds with the other participants and make friends for life. These sessions are all about you!
We conclude with some all inclusive strength, cardio, conditioning and toning exercises whilst listening to some very cool playlists! You will need your own floor mat. You don’t need to overspend on these mats, they usually have plenty for sale in the discount stores or on Amazon or eBay.
